The Jacksonville Pipes and Drums

The Jacksonville Pipe Band is a Highland Bagpipe band based in Jacksonville Florida.

The band is committed to playing the finest in traditional Scottish and

Irish music for both private and public audiences. It is a non-profit organization

that was formerly known as the St Andrews Pipes and Drums, first organized in 1984.

The band wears the ancient Cameron of Erracht kilt and practices on

Wednesday nights at Mandarin High School in

Jacksonville.  Practice is from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and new members are

always welcome.  Beginning pipers and drummers are given lessons from 6:00

to 6:45 with full band practice beginning at 6:45.
