The J.P.D is a Highland Bagpipe Band based in Jacksonville Florida.

The band is committed to playing the finest in traditional Scottish and Irish music for both private and public audiences. The J.P.D. began as the St. Andrews Pipes and Drums, a non-profit organization in 1984.
